Kremlin says Snowden 'free to talk' to Germans
Edward Snowden is free to talk to whomever he wants, said the spokesman of the Kremlin on Saturday after the former NSA contractor said he was willing to testify before the German Parliament.
"He has a temporary refugee status. This status provides no restrictions on his movements in the country or on its discussions with anyone," the spokesman said. (AFP)
