MK Shai to Netanyahu: Establish national task force to fight crime
Member of the Knesset's Internal Affairs Committee Knesset Member Nachman Shai (Labor) turned to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and offered to immediately establish a national task force, headed by Netanyahu, to fight crime, in light of recent events in southern Israel.
"It is now clear that the police failed in facing the increase in crime and the sophistication and unlimited means of crime gangs. This is an immediate and real threat to public safety." (Moran Azulay)
