Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei addressed the nuclear talks between Iran and Western countries and said: "I have said before that there is no impediment to conducting talks, but I am not optimistic."
Khamenei, who was quoted by Lebanon's Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Mayadeen channel, explained: "If talks yield results, it's good. If not – we must rely on ourselves." (Roi Kais)
