AG Weinstein: No objection to parents using dead son's semen

Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein said he does not object to parents using their dead son's semen to impregnate a woman who was not his spouse.

The attorney general's stance was presented to the Haifa family court, which is discussing a request filed by two parents who wish to make such use of their son's semen, after signing a contract with a woman willing to carry the child. (Aviel Magnezi)
