PLO: May turn to Security Council over new settlement construction
Senior PLO member Wasel abu-Yousef said the organization is considering turning to the UN Security Council following Israel's announcement of new construction bids in the West Bank and east Jerusalem.
"We're considering asking the Council to condemn Israel's decision," abu-Yousef noted. (AFP)
