Morsi trial: Brotherhood supporters gather outside courthouse
Muslim Brotherhood supporters gathered outside Cairo's police academy, where the trial of ousted President Mohamed Morsi had begun. Egyptian Al-Hayat newspaper released photos documenting the protesters waving pictures of Morsi.
Egyptian news website Al-Masrawy reported that dozens of Muslim Brotherhood supporters arrived in the area while chanting against the army and police. Meanwhile, two Egyptian army helicopters are circling above the police academy to monitor the events. (Roi Kais)
