Morsi from defendants stand: 'I am lawful president of Egypt'
Egyptian newspaper Al-Youm Al-Sabaa reported the ousted President Mohamed Morsi shouted from the defendants stand during his trial: "I am the lawful president of the country."
The courtroom was adjourned within minutes after Morsi insisted on not wearing his prison uniform. According to Egyptian television, the court was adjourned also due to interjections made by the other defendants. (Roi Kais)
