Ofer Eini announces resignation from Histadrut chairmanship

Histadrut Labor Federation Chairman Ofer Eini announced he will resign from his position on February 1, 2014. Eini has been in office since January 2006. His office said in a statement that he "feels a sense of conclusion and a desire to embark on a new path."
Eini intends to recommend Avi Nissankorn, chairman of labor unions department, to replace him. (Billie Frenkel)
