Ofer Eini, who announced his resignation from the Histadrut Labor Federation chairmanship earlier Tuesday, said at a press conference: "I must admit that since I entered office, I have not been as emotional as I am today."
"One of the things I am most proud of is the right to have signed a pensions agreement for all the workers in the country," Eini added. "It warms my heart that hundreds of work places across the country are forming labor unions and taking their fate into their own hands." (Billin Frenkel)
