Assassination attempt on Akko mayor, 3 arrested

Three additional suspects were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the assassination attempt on Akko mayor Shimon Lankri this past March.
The three, aged 18, 19 and 23, are from Kfar Jadida Makar. Six suspects were arrested earlier, they will be brought before the Akko Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday for remand hearings. (Naor Buchnik)
