Plea bargain: Head of TA building permits department violated trust

Shota Hoval, head of Tel Aviv municipality building permits department in the years 1990-2012, was charged Wednesday morning on four counts of breach of trust in a plea bargain with the Central District Prosecution.
Hoval will confess to the charges attributed to him and is expected to be ruled six months of community service, and the charges of bribery against him will be deleted. (Gilad Morag)
