Peres to Kerry: Time to achieve peace is running out
President Shimon Peres met with US Secretary of State John Kerry and told him that the price to achieve peace becomes higher every day and time is running out. Kerry noted to Peres that the alternative to lack of peace is chaos, and the two sides cannot live in the shadow of war.
Peres further said that the US policy to prevent Iran from having nuclear capabilities through diplomacy and economic sanctions is correct, and that Iran should know that the alternative will bear a heavy price. (Noam Dvir)
