Finance Minister Yair Lapid outlined his financial vision during a conference in Caesarea. "The populists can shout all they want, we will use tax benefits. When I entered office I discovered than an Intel plant that was meant to be built in the south had moved to Ireland. Why? Because they got better tax benefits in Ireland. We lost jobs."
The minister further stated that an innovation-based economy will see higher wages and standard of living. (Attila Somfalvi)
