Report: Opposition fighters take village atop Syrian Hermon

Syrian rebels in the Golan Heights area took over the tallest point on the Syrian Hermon and the nearby viillage of Dirbel. This was reported by the al-Jazeera network.

According to the al-Arabiya network, the rebels took control of supplies of ammunition, and heavy and medium firearms. Due to bombing by Syrian regime planes, the rebels had to retreat. (Roi Kais)
