IDF stats: 9% less want to serve in combat

Over the past three years, there has been a decrease in the motivation of incoming soldiers to serve in combat units, according to statistics released on Thursday by the IDF.

According to the numbers, in the November 2013 draft, only 70.3% of the enlistees asked to serve in combat units, in comparison to 79% in the November 2010 draft. (Yoav Zitun)
