Isramco, Dor Gas petition High Court for more gas export
Isramco and Dor Gas filed a petition with the High Court of Justice demanding that the state raise its quota of exportable gas from 40% to 50%. The petition was filed against the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry for Energy Resources and several gas companies including Noble Energy.
The plaintiffs claim that there is de facto discrimination between the gas companies. (Lior Guterman, Calcalist)
