Study: Every other Israeli kid experienced abuse, violence or neglect

Every other child attending a Jewish state school or Arab school has been subjected to abuse, violence or neglect, data published by the Israel National Council for the Child indicate.
The study, which was conducted by the Haifa University in conjunction with the National Council for the Child, did not include the state-religious and ultra-Orthodox education systems. More than 10,000 children were interviewed over a period of three years. (Omri Efraim)
