German weekly Der Spiegel reported that the US is expected to oppose a 'no espionage' agreement with other European countries, after it was revealed by Edward Snowden that the US government spied on other nations' leaders.
According to the report, the message of opposition was relayed to senior German intelligence officers who met their CIA and NSA counterparts in Washington last week. (Ynet)
