Hof HaCarmel chairman: Decision to build gas plants is 'slap in face'

Hof HaCarmel Regional Council Chairman Carmel Sela adressed the decision made by the National Council of Planning and Building to construct natural gas processing facilities on land, saying that he will use all options to prevent the implementation of the decision.
"This is a slap in the face of the hundreds of thousands of residents in Hof HaCarmel, Megiddo, and Hefer Valley. The decision will lead to a situation in which whole communities live in the shadow of potential catastrophe," said Sela. (Ahiya Raved)
