In a ceremony held at the President's Residence in Jerusalem President Shimon Peres officially appointed Karnit Flug as Governor of the Bank of Israel. Also participating at the ceremony were Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Yair Lapid. (Noam Dvir)
