Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah made a rare public appearance on Wednesday night, delivering a live speech in Beirut on the occasion of a major Shiite Muslim religious commemoration. "There is no doubt Israel is happy today with what is happening in our Arab and Islamic world, that is the conflict and problems and wars," Nasrallah said.
He added, "Israel is always pushing towards war ... Netanyahu is doing everything he can to make the Iranian nuclear negotiations with the P5+1 countries fail." Nasrallah normally appears via video link for fear of a possible assassination attempt by Israel. (AFP)
