Thousands pay last respects to slain soldier

Thousands of people paid their last respects Wednesday night, to murdered soldier Private Eden Atias, 18-and-a-half, who was stabbed to death this morning in an attack by a Palestinian terrorist in Afula. Atias' father, who is serving a life sentence, was brought to the funeral in his prison uniform and accompanied by guards.

The 16-year-old Palestinian who stabbed Atias is from the Jenin area and re-enacted the events at the Afula police station. (Ahiya Raved)
