Israel complained to the UN over the murder of soldier Eden Atias which took place on Wednesday on a bus in Afula after he was stabbed by a 16-year-old Palestinian boy.
"Sixteen-year-old murderers do not simply awaken one morning," Israel's UN Ambassador Ron Prosor wrote to the Security Council.
