70 illegal aliens arrested in north, most to return to PA

Two days after the murder of soldier Eden Atias by a Palestinian youth in the country illegally, 70 illegal aliens were arrested in an overnight operation Thursday in the northern police district. They will be questioned and 67 will be returned to the territory of the Palestinian Authority. Four will be taken for remand hearings.   

The search for illegal aliens took place in dozens of buildings and agricultural fields in which illegals were believed to be hiding in the area of Shfar'am, Kfar Menda, Ilut, Har Yona, and other areas. (Hassan Shaalan and Ahiya Raved)
