Libya's justice minister says the death toll from a militia attack on protesters in the capital, Tripoli, has risen to 40.
Justice Minister Salah al-Marghani also was quoted by the official LANA news agency Saturday as saying that 400 people were wounded in the attack Friday. (AP)
