A Dallas-area man has been sentenced to death for killing his children's baby sitter to silence her in a pending rape case against him.
A jury on Saturday condemned Franklin Davis to death for the slaying of 16-year-old Shania Gray. The jury had found him guilty of capital murder Tuesday. (AP)
