Former Chief Rabbi Metzger arrested

Former Chief Rabbi of Israel, Yona Metzger, was arrested Monday morning under suspicion of taking bribery, breach of confidence, obstruction of justice and witness impeachment. Metzger was also arrested five months ago.
National investigative unite Lahav 433 suspects that sums in offenses relating to Metzger are in the millions. The police have asked to remand his arrest for ten days. (Eli Senyor)
