High Court orders state to evacuate structures on Palestinian land

The High Court has ordered the State to evacuate all structures founded on private Palestinian property in the settlements of Givat Asaf, Ma'ale Rehavam and Mitzpe Yizhar in the Shomron.
The order was given through a petition filed by Peace Now, through which the matter of settlements Negohot Mizrach, Givat Haroeh and Ramat Gilad is being discussed. The State will have to answer in the matter within six months. High Court judges ordered the State to pay Peace Now NIS 25,000 for legal expenses. (Itamar Fleishman)
