Judges of the High Court of Justice refused the appeal of Samar al-Barak, an al-Qaeda operative held in administrative detention in Israel for more than three years.
Al-Barak, a former doctor of biology, who in the past was arrested and held by the Americans and by the Jordanians, claimed in the appeal that he is held under false arrest and should be released immediately. (Aviel Magnezi)
