The European Union strongly condemned the terror attack at the Iranian embassy in Beirut in which at least 23 people were killed. A spokesperson from Catherine Ashton's office, the EU's foreign affairs representative, said she called for all sides to cooperate in the attack's investigation.
Russia's Foreign Ministry also condemned the attack, calling it "a terror attack against diplomatic representatives." The office called to find those responsible and to punish them. (AFP)
