The United States will not accept an agreement with Iran that would be a way for Tehran to 'buy time' in order to develop its nuclear capabilities, said US Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday. While negotiations between the major powers and Iran resumed on Wednesday in Geneva, Kerry said that in addition to not accepting an agreement that allows Iran to 'buy time,' they also would not allow an agreement that did not meet the fundamental concerns of the world powers.
