Source: Most alleged sex scandal victims known to aid services
According to a source with the State's welfare authority, most of the victims of an underage sex scandal surrounding Israeli singer Eyal Golan are girls who were under the supervision of welfare services.
The underage girl with whom Golan has allegedly had sexual relations was reportedly in a waiting list for a shelter for teen girls who for various reasons cannot reside with their families. (Omri Efraim, Itay Blumenthal)
