Abbas: Committed to peace talks for 9 months

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that the Palestinians are committed to continuing in peace talks with Irael for nine months, as agreed. "We will wait until the end of nine months and then we will make a decision accordingly," he said.

In an exclusive interview with AFP to be published in full on Sunday, he added, "We agreed to freeze all motions before the United Nations in return for the release of prisoners." (AFP)
