Knesset passes infiltration prevention bill in first reading

The Knesset approved in the first reading the infiltration prevention bill proposed by Interior Minister Gideon Sa'ar.
According to the new bill, the detention period for infiltrators and asylum seeker who enter Israel will be shortened to a year without trial. In addition, a center that can accommodate some 3,000 infiltrators indefinitely will be established. (Omri Efraim, Moran Aculay)
