Netanya stabbing: Uncle arrested, claims he 'heard voices'

The police have arrested the uncle of the 7-year-old girl who was stabbed in her throat in a home on Weizmann Street in Netanya and is in serious condition.
Police say the uncle, 38, took the daughter on a trip and when they arrived home he said he "heard voices" telling him to kill someone and then he stabbed the girl in her neck. The suspect is not known to the police. (Hassan Shaalan)
