Teacher sentenced to community service for child molestation
The Jerusalem Magistrates Court sentenced Lahav Gahelet, a 33-year-old teacher who was convicted of sexually assaulting elementary-school children, to community service.
Gahelet was arrested three years ago and has admitted the allegations. The victims' parents were disappointed that Gahelet was not imprisoned. (Aviel Magnezi)
