Report: Scud missile kills 40 people in Syrian market
A Scud missile was fired at a market in the Syrian city of Ar-Raqqah, killing 40 people and injuring 220, Al-Arabiya reported. Opposition sources claim that many are still buried under the rubble. (Roi Kais)
