Opposition sources told Al-Arabiya that the Syrian army, backed with the support of Hezbollah, committed a massacre in the town of Deir Atiyah, which lies in the Qalamoun Mountains, 55 miles north of Damascus. According to the report, dozens were executed with the arrival of the Syrian army into the area, which has been the center of hostilities recently.
