Sa'ar extends work visas for foreign construction workers
Interior Minister Gideon Sa'ar decided to extend the work visas for 4,000 foreign construction workers, mostly from China, who have been in Israel for more than five years. The visas will be extended until the end of June 2014.
The Interior Ministry said the reason for the extension is to prevent the construction industry from being affected until new foreign workers are brought in to the country. (Omri Efraim)
