Soldier indicted for sexually assaulting roommate
The military prosecution filed an indictment against a soldier for sexually assaulting his roommate and taking nude photographs of him.
He is being charged with sodomy, indecent acts and invasion of privacy. According to the indictment, the defendant photographed his friend as he slept in the buff, touched his penis and performed oral sex on him. (Yoav Zitun)
