Abbas: If negotiations fail we'll appeal to international bodies
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas blamed Israel for blocking the peace negotiations.
While meeting with Arab reporters in Ramallah, Abbas said "if the negotiations with Israel will fail, we'll have the right to appeal to international institutions." (AFP)
