Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday that Nelson Mandela was one of the "most eminent politicians of our time."
Putin "sent condolences after the passing of Nelson Mandela, the leader of South Africa for many years and one of the most eminent politicians of our time," the president said in a statement. (AFP)
