A 23-year-old from Qalansuwa was arrested for allegedly stabbing another driver and moderately wounding him after he allegedly blocked his way.
According to suspicions, the victim pulled over and the alleged attacker began honking his horn. However, after the man refused to move his car the 23-year-old exited his car and stabbed him. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
