Owners of 'ghost houses' will pay double tax

The Knesset Economics Committee approved a set of regulations for "ghost houses" on Monday. According to the new rules, owners of these types of houses, who do not live in Israel nine months a year, will pay a double municipal land tax. (Zvi Lavi)
