IDF to appeal sentence of officer accused of sexual harassment
Military Advocate's Office informed appeals court its decision to file an appeal against the community service sentence of a lieutenant colonel who was accused of sexual assault of three soldiers under his command.
Sources with the military advocacy told Ynet that "the sentence looks bad and sends the wrong message to soldiers who are wondering whether to file complaints on sexual misconduct by their superiors.
