Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino said in a press conference in Safed that "the first stage to dealing with the storm was to save lives, and the second stage is to get life back to normal."
Danino added that "we have yet to return to normal. In several locations in Safed there is still no electricity and there are roads blocked by snow." (Ahiya Raved)
