Lebanon: Military cmte. to investigate border incident

The Lebanese army has posted a rare clarification in the wake of Sunday night's border incident in which an Israeli soldier was shot to death by a 'rogue' Lebanese soldier.

The statement: "The Lebanese army emphasizes that what occurred was a result of the personal conduct of one soldier, and that a military commission has been appointed to investigate the incident." (Yoav Zitun)
