Jerusalem mayor slammed over 'complete chaos' in city

Knesset Member Moshe Gafni (United Arab Judaism) criticized Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat's handling of the snow storm, saying that "the mayor had enough days to evacuate routes. Jerusalem is being run in complete chaos."
As for the city's education system, Gafni said: "The mayor released a vague statement, passing responsibility on to the parents and principals instead of taking responsibility.
