Jerusalem: Most roads reopened; studies to begin anew at 10 am

Most of Jerusalem's major traffic routes have reopened and studies in schools and preschools will begin again Monday at 10 am in a majority of the capital's educational facilities.
Jerusalem Municipality services will be open to the general public from 9 am. (Noam Dvir)
