EU: We'll help all countries acquire peaceful nuclear energy

EU Foreign Policy Chief Spokesman Michael Mann said to the Kuwaiti al-Rai newspaper that the European Union would help Kuwait, Saudi Arabia or any other country that wished to obtain nuclear energy for civilian purposes.
He said the EU would support and help countries as long as they would respect the international criteria. (Roi Kais)
